We are looking for someone who can help continue to grow our leadership division and take us to the next level. A person who is driven, energetic, motivated and thrives on leaving a positive impact on others. This person will work with students, sports teams, corporate groups and college organizations from all walks of life and has the opportunity to give them an experience they will always remember.
Essential Functions:
– Develop program plans and execute them to meet the groups needs, outcomes and timelines
– Recognize and adapt to a group’s dynamics and needs
– Create, develop and maintain team building activities and supplies
– Maintain a neat and orderly storage area and work space
– Work with the team to exceed client expectations
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
– Knowledge of appropriate learning psychology, styles and strategies
– Strong public speaking and oral presentation skills
– Excellent organization and time management skills
– Leadership skills and patience for working with individuals and groups of diverse ages and backgrounds
– High ropes course & adventure facilitation preferred
– Demonstrable and relevant facilitation experience
– Experience working in varied outdoor conditions
– Physical Education Background with Experiential Learning focus preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $18.00 per hour
