Compensation – Hourly rates start at $17.50/hour but increase with additional experience and certifications. Read more about our compensation structure here.
We are hiring Mountain Biking Program Instructors for the following Denver locations:

Central Park
Washington Park
Greenwood Village
Highlands Ranch
Valmont Park (Boulder – Advanced Biking Program)
We have Mountain Biking Program Specialist positions available at multiple program locations across the US. If you’re interested in being considered for other locations – be sure to let us know!

**Most of our non-driving Colorado Camp Instructor positions have been filled. Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the start of camp in order to drive Avid4 Adventure vehicles and campers.**

In this role you will:

Co-lead groups of up to 13 campers in age and developmentally appropriate instruction with outdoor activities including mountain biking, Leave No Trace principles, and teambuilding.
You may be asked to also instruct paddling and climbing – training provided
Serve as a role model and guide campers by exhibiting appropriate behavior, attitudes, and activities.
Follow and educate campers on safety protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants.
Provide exceptional customer service to parents and all participants in our programs.
Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp (most non-driver positions filled)
Staff must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to drive camp vehicles, equipment, and campers. Drivers receive a 2% pay increase.
Personal and/or professional mountain biking experience a must have
+1 years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred.
Minimum of Basic First Aid & CPR certification by the start of camp (and we can point you in the right direction to get this done)
Work Schedule

Typically Monday – Friday, about 40 hours/week program depending
Training begins May 28; programs run June 5 until August 4-18, program depending
