Keystone Adventures organizes experiential education programs for international schools in China, with a focus on outdoor education. Our programs are 3-5 days long, and involve outdoor (hiking, cycling, high ropes/climbing, water sports, and more), culture, and service learning activities, in locations throughout China.

Job requirements:
*The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an outdoor guide, outdoor education instructor, or camp counselor.
*Candidates should be comfortable in outdoor environments, in suboptimal conditions.
*Candidates should be tough and hard-working, and prepared to work several programs back-to-back.
*Candidates should be responsible and dependable.
Additional Qualifications
*Minimum 21 years old.
*Fluency in English
*Strong communication skills
*Experience and motivation to work with students.
*Technical outdoor skills
Compensation
*Daily Pay of 100USD+
*Signing bonus, end-of-year bonus
*Paid training covering all aspects of company operations.
*Food and lodging while on programs
