Trek & Backpack Southern California Program Director
Job Description
The Southern California Program Director leads our Joshua Tree base in delivering safe, high-quality programs. They will collaborate with the administrative regional staff to establish consistent programming, a highly trained instructor pool, and new partnerships with schools and other non-profit partners, all through an equity lens. This position is a member of the Leadership Team and reports to the Director of Programs and Safety.
This is an exempt position with a salary range of $4500-5000 per month (FTE).
This position is full time during the 7 month season (October – April), and 40% time during the off season. Or 9 months per year.
Expected start date ASAP with an anticipated end date of April 17th.
Position is located at the OBCA basecamp in the Joshua Tree, California area.
